Jemma R. is a dedicated professional currently serving as the Shift Supervisor at Loafe Café, managing barista teams, inventory, and daily operations since March 2023. Previously, Jemma worked as a Barista and Beauty Advisor at Shoppers Drug Mart, providing personalized consultations and driving sales through product expertise. Additionally, Jemma holds the position of Branding Director for the Quoting Life Podcast, overseeing LinkedIn content and brand promotion. An intern at the Regional Animal Protection Society focused on marketing and business development, Jemma also served as a Campus Ambassador for UBC Sauder, presenting to prospective students. Jemma has a robust background in volunteerism, including over 450 hours as a Volunteer Barista at KGH Foundation and event coordination with Youth for Change and Inclusion to promote gender equality and address racial discrimination. Jemma is currently pursuing a degree at the UBC Sauder School of Business, with academic foundations from Okanagan Mission Secondary.
