Cindy Alex

Cindy Alex has over 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry. Cindy began their career in 2003 as a Closing Coordinator for Alethes LLC dba All Homes Mortgage. In 2009, they moved to Open Mortgage, LLC as a Shipper/ Post Closing Final Documents, where they were responsible for monitoring the timely receipt of loan closing packages from title companies, preparing and shipping all credit packages to appropriate investors, and reviewing and preparing closed packages for purchase per investor guidelines. In 2014, they took on the role of Sr. Loan Processor for CMG Financial, followed by Castle & Cooke Mortgage, LLC in 2015. In 2016, they worked at both Envoy Mortgage and Mission Mortgage of Texas, Inc., where they were a Mortgage Loan Processor and Compliance Manager, respectively. In their role as Compliance Manager, they developed working knowledge of Federal Fair Lending laws affecting residential mortgage origination and a thorough understanding of the company's LOS system. In 2019, they were Quality Control Director/ Special Projects Manager at Modern Mortgage, and in 2020 they took on the role of QC and Compliance Manager at LoanPeople.

Cindy Alex attended Lockhart High School from 1985 to 1989.
