Daniel Roehl has over 28 years of experience in the real estate industry. Daniel began their career in 1993 as a Treasury Management at Fifth Third Bank. In 1998, they joined Intuit as a Sales/Sales Manager, where they led a team of sales professionals selling software and services to commercial and residential real estate companies. In 2002, they moved to MRI Software LLC, where they held the role of Strategic Sales Leader, increasing wallet share at over 90% of tier one clients. Daniel then joined American Utility Management (AUM) in 2010 as Chief Sales Officer, where they re-engineered the Sales Team and overall approach to the market, effectively repositioning AUM competitively. In 2012, they joined G5 Search Marketing as VP Strategic Initiatives, developing and deploying a new Go To Market Strategy, including unbundling of products and aligning Sales and Client Management with their Vertical Markets. In 2013, they became Industry Principal for Yardi, responsible for Growing Market Share by expanding Client Base personally and through an industry leading team of Sales Executives. In 2015, they joined RealPage, Inc. as Senior Vice President, developing a long term strategic plan including Go to Market Strategy, Product Development, Product Bundling, Pricing and Market Messaging. Most recently, in 2021, they joined LoanBoss as Chief Revenue Officer, meeting with Real Estate Owners, Operators, Asset Managers and Investors to find a solution to track and manage their Debt.

Daniel Roehl attended Miami University from 1989 to 1994, where they earned a degree in Organizational Behavior with a focus in Business.
