Chris Dooley

Chris Dooley is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in the financial services sector and IT leadership. Currently serving as EVP and Chief Information Officer at LoanCare since May 2025, Chris previously held the role of CIO for Mortgage at Flagstar Bank and was Senior Director of Consumer Lending IT at Fifth Third Bank. Chris's career also includes pivotal positions at KeyBank, Traq 3D, Mirage Computers, and Proximity Marketing, where key achievements involved the oversight of IT infrastructure, product development, and the creation of critical applications and platforms. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
