Dani Trushenski

Dani Trushenski has extensive experience in training and development, currently serving as the Director of Training and Development at loanDepot since May 2015, where previous roles included Sr Training and Development Manager and Training and Development Manager. Trushenski's career began at Mounds View Public Schools as a Learning Resource Teacher and spanned various positions including Loan Officer Assistant at Prospect Mortgage, Project Manager and Training Officer at JPMorgan Chase, and Staffing Manager at Robert Half International. During tenure at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, significant contributions included developing onboarding and advanced training programs for over 750 employees, while also leading a team of loan documentation specialists. Dani Trushenski holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from St. Cloud State University.
