Jennifer A. has over 18 years of experience in Human Resources. Jennifer began their career in 2001 as an HR Generalist at Westlake Financial Services, where they co-created the company's HR Department and assisted in developing the founding principles and programs of the company's Training & Development and On-Boarding Programs. In 2005, they moved to Ownit Mortgage Solutions as an HR Generalist, where they created and maintained an Employee Self-Service site for a multi-state organization with 700+ headcount. In 2007, Jennifer moved to OfficeWorks, Inc. - A Healthcare Staffing Organization, where they took on HR Generalist duties, as well as non-generalist responsibilities such as office management, facilities, leasing, and mass-mail printed design projects. Most recently, Jennifer has been the H.R. Director at LoanMart since 2009, where they oversee Human Capital Management aspects and balances service, strategy, and leadership responsibilities, including payroll, labor relations, benefits, recruiting, health and safety, facilities management, events planning, training and development, and HRIS system management.
