David Gorsuch

David Gorsuch has over 20 years of experience in software development, engineering, and program management. David began their career in 2000 as a Senior Web Developer at UPS, where they were responsible for design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and production support. In 2007, they took on the role of Lead System Software Developer at Bill Me Later, Inc. David then joined PayPal in 2008 as Senior Software Development Manager, responsible for architecture, product development, scalability, quality assurance, automation, process definition, and hiring. In 2015, they became Senior Vice President of Software Development at loanDepot, where they managed an in-house team of 6 engineers and an outsourced team of 27 engineers and support staff. In 2016, they joined Sigma Infosolutions Ltd. as Vice President of Technical Services, managing project execution for multiple clients. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Technical Program Manager at Weedmaps, where they successfully delivered external POS integrations and designed, planned, and implemented with automation whole new processes for integration partner intake and transition to development. In 2020, they joined Tuft & Needle as Technical Program Manager, responsible for managing and coordinating projects across teams, as well as, program level responsibility for engineering budget, invoicing, and audit remediation. David also joined LoanPASS as CTO and VP of Engineering, where they were responsible for meeting the needs of banks, credit unions, and lenders with custom or unique guidelines.

David Gorsuch obtained a BS in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County in 2001. David then pursued a MS in Software Engineering from Loyola University Maryland, which they completed in 2010. David also holds a Certified Scrum Master certification from the Scrum Alliance.
