Melissa Rich

Melissa Rich currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Residential Lending at Loansteady, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Vice President of Residential Lending at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. from September 2017 to January 2024. Melissa also held the title of Vice President of Mortgage Lending at Guaranteed Rate from March 2016 to August 2017 and worked as a Loan Officer at J.G. Wentworth Home Lending, LLC from August 2011 to February 2016. Earlier in Melissa's career, experience includes being a Senior Financial Associate at RBC from December 2007 to August 2011 and an Account Executive at WestStar Mortgage from May 2005 to November 2007. Melissa holds a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation from Georgetown University and earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from James Madison University in 2005.
