Donna Delmonte

Donna DelMonte has a wealth of experience in the mortgage and operations industry. Donna'smost recent role is Executive Vice President of Operations at LoanStream Mortgage, where they started in June 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Xome as Senior Vice President of Operations from September 2018 to June 2021. Before Xome, Donna held various leadership positions at Assurant, including SVP Operations and Mortgage Technology from April 2017 to September 2018, and Senior Vice President of Product Development from July 2010 to April 2017. Donna also served as Vice President of Sales and Operations at OneWest Bank from March 2008 to July 2010. Earlier in their career, Donna worked at NovaStar Mortgage as SVP Wholesale and Retail Operations from 2004 to 2008, at Nationstar Mortgage as SVP Wholesale Operations from April 2002 to April 2004, and at Aames Home Loan as Senior Vice President Operations from 2000 to 2002. Donna started their career at GMAC/Residential Capital Corporation, where they served as SVP Mortgage Operations from 1994 to 2000.
