Jenny Beck

Jenny Beck has extensive experience in training and development, with their most recent role as the Director of Learning and Development at LoanStream Mortgage since February 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Owner Consultant at JFB Training and Consulting starting in May 2020. Jenny also served as the Sales Training Manager at ClearEdge Lending from March 2020 to May 2020, and as the Manager of Training at HomeXpress Mortgage Corp from June 2018 to March 2020. Before that, they worked as an Account Executive at Rightstart Mortgage from May 2017 to May 2018, and at Finance of America Mortgage LLC from September 2014 to September 2016. Jenny also has experience as the Owner of JFB Training and Consulting from 2010 to 2015 and in the Training & Outreach role at Credit.org from September 2010 to September 2014. Jenny began their career as a Regional Training Manager/Account Executive for the Western Region at Option One Mortgage from January 1998 to January 2008.

Jenny Beck obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Corporate Communications from the University of Phoenix between 2018 and 2020. Jenny also completed a certification as a Certified Trainer in Workforce Development and Training from Langevin Learning Services. Additionally, they received a Yellow Belt certification in Six Sigma from The Lean Six Sigma Company. Jenny has obtained several additional certifications from LinkedIn in various areas such as improving listening skills, networking for sales professionals, body language for women, impromptu speaking, sales foundations, and soft skills for sales professionals.
