Victoria Ashton

Victoria Ashton is the VP of People at Lob. Victoria has also founded Ashton Ventures, a people operations advisory and consulting service for early stage B2B SaaS founders. Prior to Lob, they were a founding member of Pavilion and an advisor at Forbes. Victoria Ashton also has experience as a financial recruiter and an ops, EA to CEO.

Victoria Ashton graduated with a Masters of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University Law School. Victoria also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. In addition, Victoria is certified through the Zappos Family of Companies in the Forbes Executive Series for Leadership Through Organizational Sciences.
