Victoria Ashton

Victoria Ashton has held various roles in HR, people operations, and recruiting across different companies. Currently, Victoria serves as the Vice President of People at Lob, Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, and Board Member of the Executive Committee at Connect. Prior to their current positions, Victoria founded Ashton Ventures, provided advisory services to GoSite, and was a founding member of Pavilion. With a background in labor and employment law, Victoria has also worked in financial recruiting and legal sourcing at Robert Half. Victoria's expertise lies in organization planning, strategy, recruiting, and operations, with a focus on scaling companies and building high-performing teams.
