Rachel Clancy

Rachel Clancy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. In 2001, they began their career as a Contract Specialist at the Department of the Navy. From 2007 to 2012, they worked as an Associate Attorney at Stock and Leader. In 2010, they took on a role as Adjunct Faculty at York College of Pennsylvania. From 2012 to 2016, they served as General Counsel at Web Clients, LLC. Rachel then worked as General Counsel at both Sportsmans Deals and Silverback Network, Inc. from 2013 to 2016. In 2016, they became the General Counsel and Director of Administration at Lobar Inc. Additionally, they were an Assistant Women's Soccer Coach at York College of Pennsylvania from 2016 to 2017.

Rachel Clancy attended Northeastern High School from 1993 to 1997. Rachel then enrolled at the United States Air Force Academy in 1997 but did not obtain a degree. In 1998, they started their Bachelor of Science in Marketing at York College of Pennsylvania, completing it in 2001. Rachel then pursued a Master of Business Administration in Acquisition and Contract Management at Florida Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2004. Finally, they attended Penn State Dickinson Law from 2004 to 2007, earning their Juris Doctor degree in Law. Additionally, Rachel obtained their Bar Admission from the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in November 2007.
