Anne Hollander

Anne Hollander has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Anne currently holds the position of Chief Strategy Officer at Thirty Capital since September 2021. In April 2022, they became the Chief Executive Officer at Lobby CRE. Additionally, they are an Expert in Residence at The Academy of CRE Finance & Innovation, starting in May 2022. Anne is also a Board Member for the North Carolina Technology Association since May 2022 and a Member of HYPCCCYCL since January 2022.

Prior to their current roles, Anne held several senior positions in marketing and strategy. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Senior Director of Product Marketing & Growth at Trimble Inc, where they unified the go-to-market strategy and led the launch of a new product. From 2017 to 2020, they worked at RealPage, Inc., first as a Senior Marketing Strategist and later as the Vice President of Product Marketing. In these roles, they played a key role in driving business growth and launching innovative products.

Earlier in their career, Anne co-founded Deep Vellum Books in 2016. Anne also founded Cardigan Technologies in 2013, where they developed a marketing technology platform and led its implementation for Fortune 1000 clients. In 2016, they briefly served as the Director of Go-to-Market Strategy at RISE Air, contributing to customer acquisition cost reduction and implementing multichannel marketing strategies.

Anne Hollander attended MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2018, where they studied Blockchain Technologies: Business Innovation & Application. Between 2006 and 2008, they pursued a JD degree at Texas A&M University School of Law, specializing in National Security Law and Intellectual Property. Earlier, from 2000 to 2004, they earned a BA degree in Biochemistry and Ethics from Smith College.
