Natascha Schoepl has a diverse work experience background. Natascha worked as a Content Strategist for LOBECO GmbH, focusing on the Public Sector & Industrials. Prior to that, they served as a Social Media Manager and a Working Student for the Politics & Public Sector Team at the same company. Natascha also worked as a Business Development & Marketing professional for PwC Deutschland, specializing in the Global & German Energy Industry. Natascha has experience as an Impact & Intelligence Intern at the OECD - OCDE and as the Head of Communications for the Junior Diplomat Initiative France. Natascha has also held various roles at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada, including Co-Director of Arts and Culture Programming for the Asia Pacific Youth Council and Indonesian Election Watch Analyst. Natascha worked as an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at The University of British Columbia, where they supported professors in the Department of Political Science. Additionally, they have experience in marketing and event management through their roles as Director of Digital Marketing - Leagues and Director of Student Engagement at UBC Recreation. Natascha was a Vision 20 Fellow at The Brookings Institution, and they previously held internships at the Asia Pacific Foundation of Canada and the AMS of UBC Vancouver.
Natascha Schoepl has a diverse education history, with a focus on public policy and political science. Natascha completed their Master of Arts in Public Policy at the Hertie School in 2023, preceded by a similar degree at Sciences Po from 2020 to 2021. Prior to their graduate studies, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Honours in Political Science with International Relations at The University of British Columbia from 2016 to 2020.
Natascha also participated in additional educational programs, including a 12-day intensive undergraduate research forum at the Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2019, where they studied transportation policy, regional development, and the One Belt One Road initiative.
In terms of their earlier education, Natascha completed the IB Middle Years Programme and International Baccalaureate Diploma at Renaissance College Hong Kong from 2012 to 2016. Prior to that, they attended Bavarian International School gAG from 2004 to 2012, where they completed the IB Primary Years Programme and IB Middle Years Programme.
