Darryl Hanstead has extensive experience in finance and leadership roles. Darryl is currently the Vice President Finance - Omni Channel at Loblaw Companies Limited since 2022. Previously, they held roles at Weston Foods as the Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer, Vice President Finance, Integrated Supply Chain, Vice President Finance, Commercial, and Vice President Finance, Category and R&D. Prior to that, they were the Vice President Finance at Weston Bakeries and ACE Bakery. Darryl also worked at Loblaw Companies Limited as the Vice President, Real Estate Finance and at George Weston Limited in various roles including Assistant Treasurer, Treasury Manager, Treasury Analyst, and Supervisor Corporate Accounting. This breadth of experience showcases their expertise in finance and management.

Darryl Hanstead holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from the DeGroote School of Business at McMaster University. Additionally, they are certified as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the CFA Institute and a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) by the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada (CPA Canada).
