Jennifer Teixeira

Jennifer Teixeira has extensive work experience with Loblaw Companies Limited, starting in 1997. Jennifer began as a Cashier and Customer Service representative at Loblaws. Throughout their career, Jennifer held various roles within the NOFRILLS division, starting as a Trainer Recruiter Coordinator in 2002. Jennifer then progressed to roles such as Space Planning Specialist, Director of Operations Support and Planning, Director of NOFRILLS Customer Experience Specialists, and Senior Director of NOFRILLS as a District Manager. Their responsibilities included managing relationships with franchisees, ensuring operational standards and merchandising, and developing and implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement and productivity. Jennifer's most recent role was as the Vice President of NOFRILLS Hard Discount Operations, where they oversaw sales, market share, and budget management.

Jennifer Teixeira obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work from Ryerson University in 2002.
