Keith Elias

Keith Elias has extensive work experience in various roles within the retail industry. Keith began their career in 1998 at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they worked as a Store System Staging Coordinator. Keith then progressed to roles such as Store Systems Analyst 1 and Store System Analyst 2. From 2006 to 2008, they served as a Business Application Specialist before taking on the position of Manager, Systems Support & Reporting from 2008 to 2010. In 2011, they joined TJX Canada as a Senior Business Analyst. Keith later moved to Shoppers Drug Mart in 2012, where they worked as a Sr. Business Analyst until 2018. Since 2018, they have been with Loblaw Companies Limited as a Senior Problem Manager and currently serves as a Solutions Delivery Lead.

Keith Elias earned a Diploma in Computer Engineering and Technology from Seneca Polytechnic in 1998.
