Jacques X.

Jacques X. is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in agile delivery, DevSecOps practices, and project management. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Delivery Lead at Mantel Group since July 2021, Jacques X. has effectively led delivery teams to enhance customer value and collaborate with client executives on product and cloud strategies. Prior to this role, Jacques X. worked at NBN Co from February 2012 to July 2021, where leadership in transitioning to a SAFe Agile delivery model significantly advanced the engineering community's DevSecOps culture. Jacques X. also held positions at Cyient as a Solution Architect/Delivery Manager and at GE Energy as a Senior Consultant, focusing on satisfying customer requirements through strategic solution design and successful project delivery. Jacques X. holds a Master's degree in Business Information Technology from RMIT University and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from East China Normal University.
