Kelsey Martin is the Director of PC Optimum Marketing at Loblaw Companies Limited, leading the Brand, Lifecycle, and Partnerships Marketing teams supporting Canada's largest loyalty program. Previously, Kelsey served as Senior Manager for PC Optimum Lifecycle Marketing and Senior Manager for Acquisition & Early Lifecycle at Loblaw Digital, responsible for driving marketing strategies and customer acquisition across multiple channels. Kelsey's experience also includes roles at TELUS, where performance metrics in product marketing significantly improved, and at LoyaltyOne, managing integrated national campaigns for the AIR MILES Reward Program. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University and participated in an international exchange program at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
