Michelle Zheng

Michelle Zheng is a seasoned professional in experience design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Manager of Experience Design at Loblaw Companies Limited since May 2023. Previously, Michelle spent over seven years at Myant Inc. as the Director of UX and Design and Director of Industrial Design and User Experience, where the focus was on developing smart textile products and collaborating with engineering and business teams. Earlier experience includes roles at GestureLogic Inc., BlackBerry, and ideacious, showcasing expertise in design, prototyping, and user experience across various innovative products. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Industrial Design with a Minor in Psychology from Carleton University and has demonstrated leadership skills as the President of the Carleton Industrial Design Student Association.
