Sage Dodman has a diverse work experience spanning from 2016 to the present. They started their career as a Research Assistant at Harvard Medical School, focusing on nanomedicine and vaccine drug delivery for cancer. After that, Sage worked as a Research Assistant at the Waterloo Centre for the Advancement of Co-operative Education, contributing to the development of cooperative education and authoring journal articles. They then joined Shoppers Drug Mart as a Decision Support Analyst, where they transformed business needs into SQL queries and used logistic regression to target customers at risk of unsubscribing from email communication. Currently, Sage is employed at Loblaw Companies Limited, where they have held various roles including Data Scientist, Senior Product Manager, and Team Lead in the field of health data products. They have extensive experience in delivering data products in a GCP production environment, leading cross-functional teams, and working with machine learning algorithms.

Sage Dodman pursued a Bachelor of Science and Business degree in Chemistry at the University of Waterloo from 2012 to 2017. Later, in 2018 and 2019, Sage attended the Ivey Business School at Western University, where they obtained an MSc in Management, specializing in Business Analytics. Additionally, Sage obtained a certification in Python for Beginners from Acads Inc in 2019.
