Sri Kongara

Sri Kongara has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, with a focus on the insurance industry. They have held roles in various companies, including Loblaw Companies Limited, TD Insurance, TD, Northbridge Insurance, The Dominion of Canada General Insurance Company, and Aviva Canada. Sri has experience leading and delivering complex projects, managing collaborative delivery with internal and external teams, and establishing standards and methodologies for testing and acceptance. They have expertise in optimizing engagement between cross-functional teams, creating test strategies and plans, and ensuring compliance with quality control.

Sri Kongara has a postgraduate degree in Science from ANGRAU. Additionally, Sri Kongara holds certifications including Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance, and Prosci Change Management Practitioner from Prosci. Sri Kongara obtained the CSM® certification in December 2021 and the Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification in 2019. The month of obtaining the SFC certification is unknown, but it was obtained in 2022.
