Ritika Pareek

Ritika Pareek's work experience includes various roles in engineering and management. Ritika started their career at Infosys, where they worked as a System Engineer, primarily focusing on rack space visualization and optimization for the retail domain. Ritika then joined Siemens Technology India as a Senior Software Engineer, working on interfacing hospital information systems with radiology information systems. Ritika also worked at Samsung Electronics as an Engineering Lead, where they developed a testing application for temperature measurement on display devices. Ritika later joined DITTO as an Engineering Lead, responsible for building a kiosk application for virtual try-on of glasses. Ritika then worked at Varian Medical Systems as an Engineering Lead and at Arinitiatives as a Business Owner before joining Kateeva as an Engineering Lead. Ritika's most recent positions include Senior Engineering Manager roles at Wattpad, where they managed the Core Experience team and the Growth and Engagement team. Ritika also worked as a Director of Engineering at Loblaw Digital and Advance powered by Loblaw.

Ritika Pareek obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology between 2005 and 2009. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Manager core 1 from LifeLabs Learning and as a Certified Scrum Master from Scrum Alliance in March 2018.
