Peret van der Merwe

Peret van der Merwe currently serves as the Global Head of HR at Lobster Ink, a division of Ecolab, since May 2019, where responsibilities include leading HR functions globally and acting as a strategic partner on the Senior Leadership executive team. Prior to this role, Peret held various HR positions at Netcare from July 2005 to April 2019, including HR Head for Unitas Hospital, overseeing HR functions for a large private hospital group, and other managerial roles at multiple hospitals. Peret's educational background includes a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Robert Gordon University and several certifications in Learning and Development and Labor and Industrial Relations.
