Kevin Garcia

Kevin Garcia is a seasoned musician and educator with extensive experience in various capacities within the music and dance industries. Currently serving as Manager at Steel Wheels LLC S-Corp and as a Dance Accompanist Pro Instructor for the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Kevin has also been an active member of AFM, Local 802 since 2002 as a drummer and percussionist. Kevin's musical journey spans multiple roles, including significant contributions to bands such as Hazmat Modine and Bright Light Bright Light, as well as a long-term commitment to Steps on Broadway. An accomplished composer and studio engineer, Kevin holds a Bachelor’s degree in Percussion Performance and Philosophy from Western Michigan University, complemented by summer courses in Jazz Drumset and African Percussion at Halewynstichting VZW in Belgium.
