Jeremy Macdonald, SFP, MCR is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and facilities management. Currently serving as Head of Business Transformation for Integrated Facilities Services at ISS Facility Services - North America, Jeremy focuses on optimizing service delivery and leading transitions. In addition, Jeremy contributes as a volunteer for Source AZ, promoting local economic growth in Arizona, and as a consulting expert at the UC Berkeley Interdisciplinary Center for Healthy Workplaces. Previously, Jeremy held key roles at ISS A/S, Adobe, and other organizations, emphasizing energy savings, sustainability initiatives, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
