Steven Hardesty has over 23 years of experience in the banking industry. Steven most recently worked at First Bank as a Senior VP and Senior Commercial Business Development Officer. Prior to that, they held various roles at The Fidelity Bank, NewBridge Bank, Capstone Bank, and First Citizens Bank, where they gained valuable experience in business development, relationship management, and commercial banking.
