Ashley Ruffin

In this role, she is responsible for implementing LGFCU’s Strategic Business Plan and managing the relationship between LGFCU and its partner credit union to deliver on strategic objectives. Ruffin joined LGFCU in 2002 as a Membership Development Officer, and most recently served as Senior Vice President of Marketing.

She holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in political science and criminal justice from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Master of Public Administration degree from North Carolina State University. She is a Credit Union Development Educator (CUDE) and has completed various management certification programs through CUNA and UNC’s School of Government.

Prior to joining LGFCU, Ruffin was the human resources director for both the Town of Morrisville and the City of Sanford.
