Tierney Grutza

Tierney Grutza has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Starting with their most recent role, they currently serve as the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) at The Lawton Standard Co., where they support the delivery of high-quality castings and is responsible for health and safety, environmental compliance, quality, continuous improvement, and Human Resources. Prior to that, they worked as the Onboarding and Training Manager at the same company.

Before joining The Lawton Standard Co., Grutza worked at GE Healthcare as a Manufacturing Training Leader, where they played a crucial role in training and development initiatives for the manufacturing department.

Their longest tenure was at Arrowhead Systems, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and In-House Counsel for over a decade. In this role, they led the HR function in two manufacturing plants and three companies, developed policies and handbooks, and reviewed and selected benefits and 401(k) plans.

Earlier in their career, Grutza held multiple roles at General Motors, including Salaried Personnel Administrator, Training and Education Director Apprentice Coordinator, UAW/GM HR Development Representative, Quality Administrator, ADAPT Coordinator, Production Supervisor, and Hourly Production Operator. Tierney Grutza completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work and Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater between 1981 and 1991. Tierney then pursued further education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where they obtained a Juris Doctor degree in 1995. During the same period, they also earned a Master's of Science degree in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. In June 1995, Tierney Grutza obtained a certification as an Attorney from the State Bar of Wisconsin.
