Ellen Gilligan

Ellen Gilligan is the President and CEO of the Greater Milwaukee Foundation, the region’s largest community foundation, which has awarded more than $621 million in grants since its establishment in 1915. Prior to joining the Foundation in 2010, Gilligan was Vice President of Community Investment at the Greater Cincinnati Foundation and President of HealthPath Foundation. Gilligan received a BA from the University of Colorado at Boulder.
