Pam Kramer is an experienced professional currently serving as the Executive Director at Duluth LISC since April 1997. Previous roles include Community Development Manager and Senior Planner in Community Development for the City of Duluth from August 1984 to April 1997. Pam holds a Master's degree in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from North Dakota State University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in American History and American Studies from American University. Additionally, Pam attended Hiram College from 1973 to 1976.
