Brad Schneider

Brad Schneider is a partner and counsel at Fasken, where employment commenced in September 2019. Schneider serves as a board member for Local Investing YYC since June 2023, contributing to the investment committee focused on evaluating socially impactful investments in Calgary. Previously, Schneider held the position of senior associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from August 2008 to September 2019, specializing in corporate law with an emphasis on domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, as well as various commercial contracts. A notable experience includes a year-long secondment at Norton Rose Fulbright's Sydney office, focusing on private equity and private M&A practice. Early career experiences include summer student positions at MLT Aikins LLP and the Saskatchewan Urban Municipalities Association.
