Charlie Rodriguez

Charlie Rodriguez is an experienced professional in the food service and hospitality industry, currently serving as the Learning and Development Manager at Local Kitchens since August 2022, after previously holding the position of Area Manager. Prior to this role, Charlie was the Director of Operations at Farm Basket from March 2020 to August 2022. Charlie's career began at Jason's Deli, where a progression of roles from Managing Partner to Director of Human Resources and Training spanned from 2009 to 2020.
