Derrick Rodriguez

Derrick Rodriguez is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive managerial experience in the food service industry. Currently serving as an Area Manager and previously as a General Manager at Local Kitchens since December 2021, Derrick has demonstrated strong leadership skills. Prior to this role, Derrick held the position of Executive Kitchen Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from June 2016 to December 2021. Derrick's career also includes significant roles as Head Chef at Filomena's Italian Kitchen from 2014 to February 2016, Kitchen Manager at Le Pain Quotidien for a brief period in 2014, and Sous Chef at Mammoth Mountain Ski Area from February 2010 to April 2014.
