Marin Kacur is a culinary professional with extensive experience in high-end kitchen environments, currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef at Le Bernardin since February 2024. Prior to this role, Marin worked as a Line Cook at Le Bernardin from January 2022 to May 2023 and held similar positions at Il Fiorista, The Clocktower, and Beacon Falls Cafe. Additionally, Marin gained valuable experience in a front-of-house role as a Server at The Amsterdam. Education was completed at The Culinary Institute of America, earning a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts and Food Business Management between 2018 and 2021.
