Tracy Chiao is the Head of Real Estate at Local Kitchens. Tracy has over 17 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and specializes in retail real estate.

Tracy's previous roles include Managing Director, Retail at Newmark from March 2018 to January 2021, Vice President of Real Estate at Philz Coffee from March 2014 to April 2017, and Vice President - Retail at Newmark Knight Frank from July 2007 to February 2014. In their role at Philz Coffee, Tracy crafted a nationwide expansion strategy to grow Philz from a local player to a national retailer. Tracy also developed a customized analytics algorithm to rate the success of a potential site and to estimate potential sales.
