Sheila W. has a wealth of experience in marketing and business development. Sheila began their career in 1996 as Advertising Manager for Dairy Industries International and European Sales Manager for SPC at Wilmington Publishing in the UK. In 1999, they were Market Development Manager and Global Marketing Communications Manager for National Starch & Chemical/Elotex. In 2001, they were appointed Marketing Manager for Central & Eastern Europe for ICI Paints. From 2004 to 2005, Sheila worked in various contract marketing roles (on a working holiday). From 2017 to 2019, they were Director & Training Leader (Australia & New Zealand) for Gustav Käser Training International. Most recently, they have been the Marketing Director for Local Measure since 2021, where they build customer-care software for contact centers powered by Amazon Connect.

Sheila W. has an extensive education history. Sheila obtained their A Level from Wyggeston & Queen Elizabeth VI Form College in 1990-1992, followed by a BA (Hons) in International Marketing and German from the University of Greenwich in 1992-1996.
