Jordon Perry

Jordon Perry has a diverse work experience that spans over several industries and roles. They started their career in 2013 as a Box Office Manager at Angelo Civic Theatre, where they enforced operational policies, assisted with ticketing, and contributed to marketing activities. In 2014, Jordon worked as a Shift Lead at The Buckle, Inc., where they performed cashiering duties, developed sales strategies, and provided leadership. They also held positions at American Midstream, LP as an Operations Administrator, where they coordinated meeting logistics and maintained records, and at Abell Junior High School as a Teacher, responsible for teaching 8th-grade classes. In 2018, Jordon worked as a Head Cashier at Natural Grocers by Vitamin Cottage, overseeing front-end operations and providing customer service. They also worked as a Nanny, providing in-home care for a 2-year-old child. From 2019 to 2021, Jordon worked at Angelo State University, first as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer, reaching out to individuals exposed to the virus and providing guidance, and later as an Operations Coordinator, managing guest housing operations and department marketing. In 2022, Jordon worked at Spafax as an Operations Coordinator and assisted with maintaining accuracy of VOD console grids. Most recently, Jordon has been working as an Operations Coordinator at the Local Media Consortium, assisting with the organization's day-to-day business operations.

Jordon Perry holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Education Curriculum & Instruction from Angelo State University, which was obtained from 2014 to 2016. Prior to that, from 2010 to 2014, Jordon completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Communication, General and a second BA in Theatre/Theater, both from Angelo State University.

In addition to their degrees, Jordon also obtained several certifications. In August 2020, they obtained a certification as a COVID-19 Contact Tracer from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Jordon also holds certifications as an Educator from both the Georgia Professional Standards Commission, obtained in April 2022, and the Texas Education Agency, obtained in October 2017.
