Carolyn Dixon

Carolyn Dixon is an experienced professional in organisational development, currently serving as the Head of Organisational Development at Locala Community Partnerships CIC since October 2011. In addition to this role, Carolyn has also acted as the Head of Workforce and previously held the position of Organisational Development Manager. Prior to Locala, Carolyn worked as an Organisational Development Manager at Kirklees PCT from 2009 to 2011 and at NHS Calderdale PCT from 2007 to 2009. Carolyn holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Leadership, Management and Change from the University of Bradford and is qualified through the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) from the University of Huddersfield.
