Charlie Wright MIWFM possesses extensive experience in facilities management and leadership within healthcare and community sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Estates & Health, Safety and Environment at Locala Community Partnerships CIC since February 2020, Charlie manages facilities for community healthcare in West Yorkshire. Previously, as FM Service Delivery Manager at NHS Property Services Ltd, Charlie led the strategic development of FM across 40 properties. Earlier roles include Estates Manager (Interim) at MHSG, Account Manager at Amey, and Contract Manager at Glentworth Fabrications, demonstrating a strong background in operations, project management, and stakeholder engagement. Charlie holds two LLB degrees in Law and Business from Nene UC Northampton and University College, Northampton.
