Jeanne Ruaudel

Jeanne Ruaudel is an experienced Senior People Business Partner specializing in international HR management across the EMEA and APAC regions. Currently at Ask Locala since February 2022, Jeanne oversees performance and talent management, budget management, HR development, training, individual follow-up, social law, and recruitment for multiple countries including the UK, Belgium, Italy, Singapore, and Malaysia. Prior roles include serving as People Business Partner at MWM and Human Resources Business Partner at Capco, Dassault Systèmes, and others, where responsibilities encompassed employee lifecycle management, coaching managers, talent management, and training programs. Jeanne holds a Master’s degree from KEDGE Business School and has a strong foundation in social law and labour relations from previous educational pursuits.
