Susie Winkeller

Susie Winkeller is an experienced professional in customer success and client services, currently serving as the Head of Customer Success at Locala since April 2022. Prior to this role, Susie held various positions at SITO from July 2015 to April 2022, including Director of Client Services and Senior Account Manager, where responsibilities included leading the West Coast team. Earlier experiences also include serving as an Account Manager at Hipcricket and a Channel Manager at Phluant Mobile. Susie holds an AB in History from Harvard University and an MBA from Union Graduate College.
