Sebastián Rodríguez Romero

Sebastián Rodríguez Romero has worked in various roles since 2011. Sebastián began their career as a Project Trainee at Mantra21 Technologies, where they developed and costed automotive prototypes products. In 2012, they worked as a Junior Consultant at SiCrece Consultoria en Procesos, where they trained staff and developed improvement projects for companies certified at ISO9001: 2008. That same year, they also worked as a Product Engineer Trainee and Industrial Engineer at Flextronics, where they were responsible for assembly process and secondary process development, as well as the implementation of lean manufacturing tools. In 2013, they worked as an Engineer Manager at Laboratorio Optimex S.A. de C.V., where they were responsible for the optimal conditions of the plant infrastructure, machinery and equipment needed for production. Sebastián also supervised the correct installation and distribution of new equipment, and managed the maintenance team. In 2015, they began working as a Mechanical Engineer at Continental. Finally, in 2014, they co-founded LocalAdventures, where they serve as COO and connects travelers with adventures to provide once in a lifetime experiences.

Sebastián Rodríguez Romero completed a Speciality degree in Design and Technology at Universidad Panamericana between 2013 and 2014, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics Engineering at the same institution between 2009 and 2014. Sebastián also holds certifications from HubSpot Academy, including Email Marketing Certified (2020), Inbound (2018) and Inbound Sales (2018).
