Kayleigh Barker

Kayleigh Barker has over 11 years of experience in customer success roles. In 2020, they joined Localistico as the Vice President of Customer Success, where they are responsible for setting the strategy for the Customer Success organization and playing a key role in the day-to-day operations of the company. From 2015 to 2020, they were the Senior Director, Global Head of Customer Success at Olapic, where they were responsible for the retention and growth of their client portfolio and the Global Customer Success team. Prior to that, they held the role of Director, Account Management EMEA & APAC, and Account Director at Olapic. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Customer Success Manager at Monetate. From 2012 to 2014, they were a Senior Account Manager and Account Manager at Creator Ltd. Finally, from 2009 to 2012, they were an Account Manager at Fulcrum Direct Limited.

Kayleigh Barker attended CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing from 2010 to 2011, where they received a CIM Professional Certificate in Marketing. Prior to this, they attended Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd from 2005 to 2008, where they studied Kayleigh'story.
