Chen Halevy has a progressive work experience in customer support roles. They started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Mastercard in 2014 and worked there until 2015. In 2015, Chen joined Aaron Montecchio as a Customer Support Representative and stayed with the company until 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Chen worked as a Buyer Success Specialist at Localize.city. They then moved up to become the Client Experience Team Lead at the same company in January 2019.

Chen Halevy's education history includes several associate's degrees in different fields of study.
