Chris English

Chris English is the current Director of Customer Experience at Locate a Locum. Chris has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles in the Finance and healthcare industry. Prior to their current position, Chris was the head of delivery at Elemental- The Social Prescribing People from June 2020 to November 2021. Chris was responsible for leading the division restructure to support scaling up in an orderly manner, conducting a process review and redesign, and leading region-wide customer change management projects including the implementation of our solutions. Chris has also been successful in portfolio management across all customer projects and embedding a customer-centric culture that has enabled us to obtain a very positive NPS and CRQ. Prior to their time at Elemental, Chris was the Director of Professional Services at G2 Speech from August 2011 to June 2020 where they were responsible for overseeing the professional services team and ensuring customer success. Chris started their career in 2004 as a Senior Issues Technician at HML and held this position until 2011 when they transitioned into a leadership role. Chris has been instrumental in the success of various companies due to their vast experience in social prescribing, healthcare, project management, customer success, and training.

Chris English holds a Chartered Management Institute Extended Diploma in Strategic Management & Leadership from Chartered Management Institute as well as a certification in Microsoft Excel 2010 Level 3 from New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Additionally, Mr. English is certified by the BCS in ITIL Foundation, ITIL Intermediate Certificate Service Operation, and Foundation Certificate in Software Testing. Chris also holds certifications from the APM Group in MSP Practitioner and Prince2 Practitioner.
