Andy Southwood

Andy Southwood currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Tooth Club, overseeing operations for dental practices since August 2024. Concurrently, Andy acts as a volunteer investigator for Locate International, assisting in efforts to help families of unsolved missing person cases. From September 2021 to July 2024, Andy held the position of Operations Manager at RSPCA, managing operational and veterinary teams across multiple facilities. Prior experience includes District Manager roles at Travelodge Hotels Limited and DFC Global Corp., where notable achievements included overseeing operational leadership for multiple hotels and exceeding performance targets. Additional positions include Store Manager at The Disney Store, Area Manager at Clinton Cards, and Store Manager at Woolworths Plc, where Andy earned the accolade of Store Manager of the Year in 2008. Andy's education was completed at Moulsham High School.
