Luca Spiller is an experienced professional currently serving as an ESG mentor at TERN and as an Assistant Trade Analyst focusing on Innovation and Startups at the ITA. Previously, Luca held positions as a researcher at Locate International, and worked on partnerships and sponsorships at Rare Founders. Prior experience includes roles as a Growth Manager and Sourcing and Selection Associate at Unrest, along with a research internship at The Geopolitical Pickle. Luca's earlier career includes technical support roles at Datasite, Language Matters, and PTW, specializing in product support, localization, and quality assurance. Luca holds a Master's degree in Global Refugee Studies from Aalborg University and has pursued studies in Development Economics and International Development at Charles University, along with qualifications in Foreign Languages and International Relations.
