Allison Hyers

Allison Hyers has extensive work experience in various roles related to people operations and human resources. Their most recent position was as the Head of People and Operations at Location Engine since March 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Business Operations at Man Repeller from August 2019 to March 2020. Allison also worked as an Independent Consultant, specializing in people experience, from April 2019 to November 2019. Allison has also held the role of Director of People Operations at Jetblack, a subsidiary of Walmart, in February 2019. Additionally, they have experience as a Strategy Consultant at J.Crew and as the Vice President of People and Culture at West Elm from 2013 to 2017. Earlier in their career, they served as the Volunteer Chairwoman at GlamourGals Foundation and as the Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Resource Management at Harrison and Star, a pharmaceutical advertising agency. Allison's first prominent role was as the Director of Academic Services at the Alliance for Lifelong Learning (AllLearn), where they worked from 2002 to 2005.
