Jade Lubich is an experienced operations and customer support leader with a demonstrated history of enhancing people and customer experiences. Currently serving as Head of Operations and People at Sympower since May 2022, Jade previously held roles including Customer Support Manager - EMEA at Verathon Inc., where responsibilities included managing B2B service levels in EMEA and UKI. At Netflix, Jade excelled as Senior Operations Manager - EMEA, leading a team of over 350 individuals in B2C customer service, and previously as Operations Manager - EMEA with oversight of 130 people.
